'Native Bird Sculpture'
Embrace Workshop with facilitator Maree Buckley

Please come into the Iluka Emporium during August to view the beautiful sculptures created by participants of this workshop. The group met at "Still Pottering Around" the home studio of Ceramic Artist Maree Buckley in Woombah.

The four participants enjoyed a fun and social time discovering their inner ceramic artist. They have hand built and decorated some spectacular native bird artworks under the guidance of Maree and her assistant Jacky.​

​

Birds sculpted include Kookaburra, Boobook Owl, Red-tailed Black-Cockatoo and Cassowary.

 ​

A celebration of these works will be held at the official opening event on August 17th at 10am - Noon, refreshments and live music will be playing. We look forward to seeing you there.​
